I wanted to create this list of books for brown boys to make it easier for others. As I find more books, I will continue to add to this list.

Pictures are really worth a thousand words. [AD] Pictures are really worth a thousand words. [AD] Last month I introduced @triberyusa and discussed how their photo journal is the perfect way to stay connected with your loved ones. We sent this same photo journal to my grandmother (EJ’s great-grandmother) as a birthday gift. She LOVED it! My preference is to physically be with my loved ones, but Tribery makes it a little bit easier to make it through this season until we all can get together again. By using “shundra3” at checkout, you will receive 3 months free when you select the annual plan. Head on over to my stories to check out our photo journal.
My immune health remains a top priority. With the My immune health remains a top priority. With the help of @raeforwellness immunity drops, I’m able to work towards my goal of staying healthy by simply taking one dropper daily in my tea or water. Packed with a blend of vitamin C and zinc, a daily dose of this liquid dietary supplement will help strengthen and boost your immune system. The best part is that the drops are unflavored, which is a win in my book, because it can be really difficult for me to be consistent when flavors are involved. What are you doing to boost your immune system? #raewellnesspartner #shinefrominside

When your tank is empty, you can’t pour into someone else. Basically what I’m saying is that you can’t take care of others unless you take care of yourself first. Whoever your support person may be (spouse, parents, best friend, etc), just plain out tell them that you need a break. I promise that you will return refreshed, renewed, and ready to give it your all when you return. 📌[SAVE + SHARE] if this moved you in any way.

Sometimes I may not know my left from my right because I’m busy chasing after a 14 month old. 😆 And at other times, I’m intensely focused on the task ahead. 👩🏾‍💻 But most of all I’m committed to sharing what makes me happy—whether that be motherhood, my plants (check out my highlights), or my latest haul from Target (yep, check the highlights). I’m not perfect and I’m still figuring this thing called life out. That’s why its important for me to always walk in my truth. With all that being said, here are a few things you may find interesting about me. ⬇️ -I don’t eat beef or pork; I actually prefer vegetarian dishes
-My in-person social skills need work (I’m known to stay to myself when I don’t know others)
-I love to dance!

Why does “clean” matter to my family? #ad Oka Why does “clean” matter to my family? #ad Okay, so let me tell you why. Clean medicine matters to my family because I want to have comfort in knowing that we are consuming only what we need, because unfortunately most medicines contain unnecessary artificial inactive ingredients like artificial dyes, flavors, and preservatives. We started slowly making the transition to clean medicine when EJ was born. Most recently, we’ve had to administer pain relieving medicine since we are back in the active phases of teething. It was actually time to purchase more pain reliever medicine and after doing a search I came across @genexa. What I love about the Genexa kids’ pain and fever medicine is that it still contains the active ingredient acetaminophen, but without all of those unneeded artificial inactive ingredients that I refuse to learn how to pronounce. I’m a realist and I do understand that we sometimes cannot avoid certain things. However, as we continue on this journey of transitioning to clean medicine, it is my year end goal that 90% of the medicines that we use will be clean medicines. I’ve set this goal, because I feel that clean medicines are an important contributor to living happy, healthy lives. Who's up for a challenge? Let me know how you plan to #DitchTheDirty. Go to Genexa.com and use the code TRYGENEXA15 for 15% off your own bottle of clean meds today!
